Robert Gittli will talk about "Chinese Herbal Medicine: Yesterday and Today". Dr. Huihui Wu will do a presentation on acupuncture and cupping. Attendees will be served a light dinner that illustrates "food as medicine" and will sample a variety of teas.

In conjunction with our tea exhibit, long-time tea drinker Robert Jones will talk about familiar and not-so-familiar teas, their origins, regional varieties in China, and tea paraphernalia. He will demonstrate various methods of preparing and drinking tea for the audience to sample.
